About the Program: Mittyverse invites passionate fresh graduates to join our STEAM Facilitator Program — a 2-year experiential learning and teaching fellowship designed to prepare you for the future of education, innovation and technology.
Program Structure
Phase 1: Training Period (First 3 Months)
A hands-on, interest-based training program where candidates can choose learning tracks aligned with their passion and career goals. Available learning domains include: Design Thinking & Innovation Robotics & IoT AR/VR (Augmented & Virtual Reality) CAD Designing & 3D Printing Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML) Drone Building & Programming Project-Based Learning & Facilitation Skills
Note: The first 3 months of training are unpaid, and no stipend will be provided.
Phase 2: Assessment, Placement & Continued Learning
After training, candidates will undergo an internal evaluation test conducted by Mittyverse. Qualifiers will be placed in associated schools, institutions, and NGOs as STEAM Facilitators. Weekend learning sessions will continue throughout Phase 2 to support the facilitator’s continuous development, enabling them to master additional technologies or deepen their chosen specialization.
